Please Note: UCAR’s local fee has been reduced by $10…from $160 to $150/year! And our One Time Initial Fee for New Members only is $150.00.
*Your RPAC contribution is voluntary. However, we encourage you to consider the contribution as an investment in the industry of Real Estate. We must be able to make contributions to political candidates who are of like mind and will help us protect private property rights in our country for everyone. Please invest in your real estate profession by contributing $25.00.
The dues are payable to UCAR by JANUARY 1, 2024 and will be considered LATE on JANUARY 15, 2024 at which time A LATE PENALTY OF $50.00 will be added. You can use your CREDIT or DEBIT card through the NAR website (http://www.nar.realtor), E-Commerce, or call the office at 704-776-4055. Checks are no longer accepted. Your access to CMLS will be shut off on 2/1/24 and your status changed to INACTIVE, if your dues are unpaid at midnight on 1/31/2024.
